Dynamic Communication/Media Based Projects

Here you'll find a collection of my communication and multimedia projects developed through internships, professional roles, and academic work.

The Dawes Arboretum - Weekly Blog - July 7th, 2023

The blog about The Power Line Prairie Research Project aims to switch out non-native plants to native, in order to, hopefully, re-vegetated recent constructed areas under the ROW's and help re-introduce pollinators, and drought resistant plants that are helping the soil rebuild minerals. This project was (at the time) a five year on-going conservation project between The Dawes Arboretum , American Electric Power (AEP), and Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).

Ohio Department of Natural Resources Cardinal Collection Digital Museum - Summer 2022

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources Cardinal Collection Digital Museum is made up of photographs and collection analysis/information from the numerous state parks, historical significant sites (Ex. cemeteries), and recreational sites across the state of Ohio under ODNR. My job was to archive photograph many different historical objects, antiques, and collections. The purpose of this digital museum is to preserve the artifacts and collections onto a digital database to help inform the public and act as a academic researching platform for students across universities and primary schools.

Check out the Salt Fork Park section which include: a sewing machine, purses and clock.
